A restored Victorian meat market turned food hall, with long tables and a dozen kitchens.
Grab a table under the iron roof and pick from pizza, tacos, dumplings, fish and a couple of bars. It fills up at lunchtime and from six onwards, and it is closed on Mondays. Entirely under cover, which makes it the best casual dinner in the city when it is raining.

Indoors, so the weather does not matter. Best afternoon, evening, night.
