The Lowry
Theatres, a free Lowry gallery and the quayside at MediaCity.
The silver building on the quays holds the biggest collection of L. S. Lowry's matchstick paintings, free to see, plus two theatres with touring musicals and dance. The quays outside have the Imperial War Museum North across the footbridge and the BBC studios. Take the tram to MediaCityUK.
