Birmingham Cathedral
A small baroque cathedral with four Burne-Jones windows, in the square where the city meets for lunch.
St Philip's is one of the smallest cathedrals in England and one of the loveliest, with Burne-Jones's stained glass glowing at the east end. The square outside is the centre's lunchtime lawn. Free, and ten minutes is enough.

Indoors, so the weather does not matter. Best morning, afternoon.
Good for going solo and step-free visits.
