Sutton Park
A national nature reserve of heath, woods and lakes, bigger than Hampstead Heath.
One of the largest urban parks in Europe, with wild ponies, seven lakes and miles of tracks for walking and cycling. It is free and the train to Sutton Coldfield takes twenty-five minutes. A whole day if you want it; a fine-weather choice.
