GoMA occupies the old Royal Exchange in the middle of the shopping streets, with changing shows of contemporary and Glasgow artists over four floors. The statue of Wellington outside has worn a traffic cone for decades and the council has given up removing it. Free, central, and a twenty-minute dry pause between shops.

Indoors, so the weather does not matter. Best morning, afternoon.
