Belgrave is the city's default meeting place: a canteen of street-food counters, a gig room upstairs that books good bands, film nights and a roof terrace for the two sunny weeks of the year. It is cheap, welcoming and open late, with Headrow House by the same people down the road.

Indoors, so the weather does not matter. Best afternoon, evening, night.
