Sky Garden
A free indoor garden and viewing gallery at the top of the Walkie Talkie.
Thirty-five floors up, with glass on every side and the Shard and Tower Bridge laid out below. It is enclosed, so it works in any weather, and the bars mean it runs into the evening. Entry is free but you need to book a slot, and they go quickly for sunset; walk-ins are sometimes possible early in the day.
When it works
Indoors, so the weather does not matter. Best morning, afternoon, evening, night. Free, but book a slot.
Good for a date, sunset, a first visit and step-free visits.
