Uber Boat by Thames Clippers runs a scheduled service from Putney to Greenwich and beyond; tap in with a bank card and sit at the back for the open deck. It is the best way to reach Greenwich and it passes every landmark on the way. Cabins are enclosed, so it works in rain too.
